We are a full-service event management company with expertise across two main categories:
Corporate & Business Events: Including conferences, trade shows, seminars, product launches, team-building retreats, and networking meets.
Social Celebrations: Including weddings, milestone birthday parties, anniversaries, festivals, and elegant private galas or fundraisers.
What is your event planning process like?
Our process is designed to be collaborative and stress-free. It typically begins with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget. From there, we create a customized proposal. Once approved, we move into the design and planning phase, handling everything from venue sourcing and vendor management to logistics and timeline creation. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to ensure your vision is being brought to life flawlessly.
How are your fees structured? Can you work within my budget?
Our fees are tailored to the specific scope and complexity of each event. We can work in a few ways: as a percentage of the total event budget, a flat management fee, or on a project basis. We are absolutely committed to financial transparency. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your budget in detail and create a proposal that maximizes value and delivers exceptional results without any hidden costs.
How involved can I be in the planning process?
As involved as you wish to be! We see ourselves as your partners. Some clients prefer to be part of every decision, while others trust us to handle everything and simply provide updates. Our process is flexible and designed to fit your preferred style of collaboration. Do I have to use your preferred vendors, or can I bring in my own?
We have a curated network of trusted and vetted vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, AV technicians, etc.) who we know deliver exceptional quality and service. We highly recommend them to ensure a seamless event. However, we are always flexible and happy to collaborate with vendors you have a pre-existing relationship with, provided they meet our professional standards.
