Once approved, we move into the design and planning phase, handling everything from venue sourcing and vendor management to logistics and timeline creation. Our fees are tailored to the specific scope and complexity of each event. We can work in a few ways: as a percentage of the total event budget, a flat management fee, or on a project basis. However, we are always flexible and happy to collaborate with vendors you have a pre-existing relationship with, provided they meet our professional standards.
